Where are your products from? :
Products from EARLGREYPARTY are usually imported from South Korea. We do also sourced internationally in countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Thailand and Japan.

What's a difference between INSTOCK and PREORDER items? :
Items will take 2-3 working days to be dispatched to your address if item ordered is an INSTOCK item, whereas PREORDER items will take 7-14 working days upon payment received due to overseas shipping from South Korea.

In an event where items in the same order has both INSTOCK and PREORDER products, INSTOCK items will be send out first via normal mail unless registered mail is requested.

How can I work out my size, especially shoe size?

Do refer to our size chart here, all our shoes are in korean sizes which equivilent to the insole measurement of your feet in millimeters (mm). For e.g., if your feet measurement = 23.5cm , its advisable if you get 235 for our shoes. We provide return and exchange of shoes purchase. Please refer to more details here.

EGP apparels are always updated with measurement of the item, but if you need any further enquiries do drop us an enquiry with the product name here!

How often is the website updated? :

Our site is updated every other day, about 2 to 4 times a week. You can take a look at our animated homepage banner for the latest updates! Alternatively, you can join our mailing list and we will mail you when we have new updates, preorders and sale!

How do i get informed of the latest products on EGP? :
Please leave your email over at our mailing list! We send out mailers everytime we have new updates, preorders and sales!
Do remember to add our email (sales@earlgreyparty.com) into your safe list just in case your mail goes into your junk folders!

// DELIVERY INFORMATION

Postage and Handling for orders being sent within Singapore and is inclusive in the selling price. In an event where a mass meet-up collection is arranged, postage inclusive will not be refunded unless registered mail charges are paid beforehand. There is a SGD $6.00 postage charge for all orders being sent to Malaysia and Brunei, and a SGD $20 postage charge for orders being sent to anywhere else in the world (shipping fees for overseas buyers may varies depending on weight of item and top-up might be requested).

    •    Parcels within Singapore should be delivered in approximately 2-3 working days (mon - fri) for INSTOCK items

    •    Parcels within Singapore should be delivered in approximately 7-14 working days (mon - fri) for PREORDER items
    •    Parcels being sent internationally can take from 5 business days up to 21 business days depending on where in the world it is being sent, and how far the location is from Singapore.
    •    Local customers have their parcels sent via Singpost. Registered Articles can be tracked via a tracking number. Registered mails service are strongly advised as customers would have to bear the risks of lost mails as its almost impossible to track back a lost mail via normal postage.
    •    Customers can choose to opt for registered mail at a cost of SGD $2.25.
    •    International Customers have their parcels sent via Speedpost, amount is automatically tabulated in our system during check-out.
    •    The item will be delivered to your doorstep if the parcel is bulky and if its too huge for your letter box.
    •    Do note that a work address may be best if you are not at home during the day.
    •    Do note that in an event where your item is lost, EGP will not be responsible and would only send a mail lost report to Singpost.
    •    Free door to door delivery service will be provided for orders above $200 SGD or if you have 5 pairs of shoes and above. It will be arranged and advised in the same week via email. Members will enjoy free courier service for every $150 purchased.


I have a question before ordering. What should i do? :
We strongly encourage all our customers to drop us an email and confirm all questions before any purchase. You can drop us an email with your question to sales@earlgreyparty.com and we will answer your queries within 24 to 36 hours. Please take note that we do not accept orders via email. We would only answer your queries through it unless otherwise stated.

Why do i need to take a clear snapshot of my ATM transaction receipt or provide you with my ibanking nick? :
The above mentioned method is the only way that we can track your payments as atm transfers did not indicate the transferers name on our ibanking transcripts.
We strictly require a snapshot of your ATM transaction receipt as a verification proof. Therefore, to track the forthcoming multiple transfers in a day, we have to verify with none other than a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt. If you have made a transfer with ibanking, please indicate your ibanking nick for us to verify your payment. EARLGREYPARTY has the rights to dismiss the transfer if the receipt is unclear or there is no receipt provided.

How do I place an order?

EGP made shopping easy by browsing, adding the items and review your order! To get a quick understand in the ordering procedure, we've provided some pointers below for your convenience. Please take time to read through if you need help in ordering.

    •    Browse our site through the different categories on the main navigation, do note that there's sub-categories for some categories.
    •    Click on a product you would like to view in detail. Detailed pictures can be seen if you scroll down. If you wish to order, to click the grey button to go back to TOP.
    •    Choose the quantity, color and click “ADD TO CART”. After adding, your item would be in the shopping bag and the number in the bracket on your top right hand corner would be revised.
    •    You can continue shopping after adding the items in your cart. You might want to login to review your past orders or for a shorter check-out procedure if you've order from us before.
    •    You can view the items inside your cart by clicking “Cart” at all times.
    •    Click on “Continue shopping” to add more items into your cart.
    •    Proceed to checkout if you've decided on the items. Do note that upon check out and order confirmation, payment must be made. If you choose to change your mind, do email us and we'll cancel your order. You can check out regardless whether you have an account or not. Fill it your details and payment choices. Please do note that you need to click on "REVIEW ORDER" to finalize order to receive an invoice.
    •    An account has been automatically created for you while you check out. In future purchases you might want to login for faster check outs as the system had already captured your address and details so you need not fill in again. There will be no obligations if in the future you prefer to order the items without having an account.
    •    Upon order reviewed, you will receive a mail with an invoice email after submitting your order. Please reply us with the atm transaction slip or ibanking nick after making payment.
    •    Payment verification will be made within the next 12 - 36 hours depending on volume of orders. We will send you an email once your payment has been verified.
    •    Please make your payment and revert back to us within 24 hours. EARLGREYPARTY reserves the right to release your items for sales if no payment nor replies were made during the given time frame. EARLGREYPARTY will blacklist users accordingly if unpaid invoices are not paid accordingly for more than 3 times. You can refer to our dead buyer list here. Dead buyer's customer number on our site will be blocked and future purchases will not be valid.
    •    You may check your order status by clicking on “Order status” located at the top right hand corner and key in the order number without having to log in to your account.


// RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We provide returns and exchange for faulty and unsatisfying shoes. You have 10 days to decide if you wish to return any item from the day you receive the notification from us that the item's sent out from our base. Items are not allowed for exchange except for shoes, unless otherwise stated on product page. Exchange item must be in perfect condition, unless otherwise discussed via email. Item that is returned with defected areas will be ignored.

No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except for incorrect item sent or defected items. Web-cash will be refunded for you to re-purchase something from our site again. Do note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office. Its strongly recommended that you opt for a registered service with tracking of parcel. Postage will not be refunded for exchange items unless received item is a mistake or defected item.

Charges applies for redelivery if customer provides wrong address or insufficient mailing address details on invoice (please double check address on invoice as prompted). Redelivery charges as of below:

  • $2.50 for redelivery of all apparel (1 piece)
  • $4.50 for redelivery of all apparel above (3 pieces and above)
  • $6 for redelivery of all shoes and bags

Spent $200 within a month to receive life-time discount of 5% on purchases of PREORDER and INSTOCK items, and 10% during birthday month with a personalised discount code on the site. Email us to sales@earlgreyparty.com with the following details below together with your paid invoices number to apply.

Also note that your membership will be cancelled immediately if members have unpaid orders without informing us about cancellation of the particular order. EGP also reserve the rights to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
